If there is anything ten years of running this business has taught me it's that Houston loves to eat, and eat the best! Serving this great city of the south has been one of my life's greatest pleasures.
After extensive travel through out the Far East in my youth, sampling and touring some of it's most renown kitchens, I returned home to embark on this incredible journey. My professional experience started right here in Houston with stops as a Sous Chef at Timpano, a Crudo Chef at the award winning Valentino Vin Bar inside Hotel Derek, and stints on the line at Hotel Alden's 17, and the nationally recognized Reef. I was given a gift by the creator and a passion for learning my craft, and the tremendously talented Chef's I studied under will never know how much I truly soaked up from them. Each plate served, each dish prepared is a reflection of my travels, experiences, and lessons forged grinding night in and night out on the line.
